• 2 - 3 Ripe Avocados
  • Lime juice
  • salt
  • Pico de Gallo (optional but then it isn't REALLY Guacamole)

Slice the avocados and remove pit, then scoop the avocado into a medium-sized mixing bowl. If you don’t know how to slice and pit an avocado; here is a little video to show you how.

With a fork or a potato masher, smash the avocado until you have a texture that you like. ( I use a pastry dough cutter for this step!)

Add a little salt, the juice of half a lime squeezed and about 1/4 to 1/2 cup Pico de Gallo

Stir and eat!
