Who I am right now.
Passionate cook, writer, mother of three adult children, and an amazing grandson, as well as a new granddaughter and another grand baby on the way! Amateur photographer, personal chef, wannabe artist, scrapbooker and avid reader and so much more.
I stumbled onto the “Primal Blueprint 21 Day Transformation” by Mark Sisson in December of 2011. Two chapters in and I was sold. January I purged my pantry and cabinets along with the refrigerator and freezer and set about making our house one filled with healthy and tasty foods. I haven’t looked back. This isn’t a fad or a ‘diet’ for me. This is a lifestyle of healthy and satisfying foods, it is my desire to share my experiences and my food with you as I go through my days.
